Participate in weekly community fashion shows where locals show cases traditional wears, dancing basing on different beautiful cultures. Lean how to cook local traditional Ugandan meals and get served traditionally. Be ready to get involved in Beads of joy project, which has improved local women’s lives. In this project, you participate in making beads from recycled papers to make necklaces, earing, bracelets and other forms of crafts. Most women groups take Beads of joy project as an income generating program. All these are done with help of FREDAfrica community village action team members. Gain insights into our culture, learn about the reality of life in Uganda and support these amazing people.

ADVENTURE

FREDAfrica through partnerships with tour companies, we offer affordable adventuring services to those who may wish to tour Uganda. Uganda being the pearl of Africa, has got varieties amazing tour sites ready for you to explore. Wild life activities in both Murchison falls and Queen Elizabeth national park. White water rafting in and visiting the beauty of the source of river Nile is also a great adventure. Our game drives and nature walks plus boat rides gives you an opportunity to see the beauty of Uganda. Lions, giraffes, baboons, elephants, crocodiles, amazing birds, hippos from their natural habitat are a special view in our adventuring programs.
